This looks very doable as long as you can find a chest-height door anchor. My bands came with a door hanger, and it is suggested to be ultra careful if replacing with an alternative.
I have seen people use towels, though. The towels need to be tied in a knot, with the knot being on the other side from which you pull the door shut / or against the jamb.
Always put the anchor so the door pulls into/against the jamb, which in my case, is into the hallway. Bathroom doors are often suggested, as one can more easily make sure that no-one will surprise you trying to open that door.
Ooofff! So nice, I did it twice 😀 I have a door strap so I popped it behind on the the bedroom doors and did the exercise into the upstairs landing. One set this morning, and a second just now. The antibiotics must be doing their job, as I managed both sets without a coughing fit too 😊
After yesterday's complete (albeit hilarious!) failure, it was nice to get a small sense of achievement today 💪
