I really liked those. I’m not promising myself anything but I might dig out my resistance bands, lay them out beckingly, and do a few of those exercises!
(However, maybe not today. I rowed another 10k yesterday and my glutes are alive! 🤪🤣)
I am with it....still!! I ran this morning so thought I'd do my last 2 days of stage 3 on Saturday and Sunday and start stage 4 on Monday. I feel very chuffed that I have stuck to it and my legs feel great! When this ends I'm going to explore resistance band exercises to try out those!! I heard Dr Julie on Women's running podcast say women must keep up strength training as they age to keep muscle strength and elasticity up 😱 good enough motivation for me!!!
