Short run and lots of walking... 3 active 10s and 143 minutes total moving on foot. App says 51 brisk which is what I'll count for the purposes of this.
Challenge starts tomorrow really as I won't have the run to take a big chunk out of the hour.

Good for you UnfitNoMore, that workout looks good, great training for you forthcoming longer runs, I notice the word Administrator is next to your username.
You are an Administrator for Strength & Flex, not C25K if I am correct on thinking, so if anyone writes in regarding Strength & Flex exercises you can advise them how to do them, very good.
Certainly some of them.., there’s a lot of exercises out there, so I’d always recommend the small print that comes with or around anything new. I can keep pointing at my pain free formally painful knees as evidence that strengthening work makes a huge difference to the body despite running, which as you know used to be seen as bad for the joints.
I think the key though is exactly the same as C25K... start small and build slowly. Quality reps over quantity too... gravity can be tempting to use, but all movements need to be controlled for best results not to mention injuries.
