Took my daily Yoga (YWA Day 17 Slow and Gentle) outside this late morning, and it was delicious. The 28 min practice felt more like Tai Chi, although by the end of it, I had a thin sheen of sweat on my forehead. It is part of her series Yoga for Seniors, so not sure I feel targeted or not π, but it really was gentle on knees, back, calves, anything really.
But it was great to do this with leaves, grasses and trees all around me.
Gentle and delicious. ππ π§π»ββοΈπ³
I took my mat to the recreation ground the other day, so that I could stretch on it near the woodland that I ran in the other day. It wasnβt as pretty a view as that though π
Lovely view! Glad you're still enjoying YWA. I've been dipping in and out of Process this month as I trapped a nerve in my back in June and it's taken a while to be able to do all the poses again. But all ok now. I did Day 14 today but the view was of my car parked outside π€£
What a delightful view from our yoga mat πI will give that gentle yoga a go - looks good. I did my first day of 5 min Tai Chi, after reading your post earlier. Loved it - I was amazed how my body/mind had remembered the moves, felt natural (last did Tai Chi over 30 years ago!!).

Yes, it was my first Tai Chi and I and hubby really liked it.
Yeah, my favourite tree in our garden. A bit too big and shading too much of it, but it has its moment. Also for our son, you can just about see the climbing rope and the swinging handles. We moved here after 5 years in a house without garden, so it felt great!
