I've completed week 2 of our push up challenge. When I started I thought - oh this'll be easy, but it hasn't been... I've managed every session so far, and noticed a big improvement in my core, and my posture. I found the feet/knees push up the most challenging, feeling somewhat uncoordinated while doing them.
Like with C25K, I'm trying not to look to far ahead, and frighten myself!!
How are you getting on?

I'm doing them, as scheduled, but I've been repeating the week's previous days as well, if that makes any sense. Today I did Monday's and Tuesday's and Wednesday's, and tomorrow I'll do all of that plus Thursday's. But I reset at the weekend! Feet pushups are the hardest for me - I'm not sure I have the technique quite right!
I believe beatlesforever would have started more officially but Covid struck. So there are a now a few who have started and a few, including me, who have yet to start.
