Working at home - no running so tried this workout!

Self-isolation (due to one positive case in my class) so working at home. Teams meetings with the children and online training etc.

I have been stretching every day with Emi Wong - I like her full body stretch out (20 Mins), very good.

No running so I thought I would try one of her workouts - this one is standing and I really like it. Note: I only do the first 15 mins - maybe work up to doing the full 30 mins !!
