I gave this one a bash yesturday and I have to say I quite like it. There is a mix of full on cardio and also not so full on cardio! The reps are manageable, so nothing feels like it will last forever. I can only do one or two actual push ups ( from the floor) so I did press ups from the top ( nose, rather than chest to ground) but you can do whatever you feel able to.
I did 3 sets with one minute of rest inbetween, but I am going to aim to do 5 next time.
Today, I am going to do some pull up training with assisted pull ups, bent arm rows and some deadlifts ( hopefully).
I like these little overviews with pictures, as I struggle to understand written descriptions of moves, as I am a visual learner. I have printed them off in wallet size cards and keep them in a container to do.
Mr BBr did the first Joe Wicks session, and I have done Day 9 of Yoga with Adriene Divine...
We are set!
Just our physio to do later...
Had a very positive experience at the Supermarket this morning too. Fully stocked shelves and it felt safe with the distance measures they had implemented. Well done Sainsburys!
That is fantastic! I keep meaning to tune in to Joe at 9 but missing it... it looks alot of fun. I hope the physio goes well... and fully stocked shelves is amazing. I managed to get a 4 pack of loo rolls last week just as we were totally out, but not been able to get anymore since and we are down to the last one!
perfect.... I hope I may be in luck for my loo rolls when I go to the shops later. We have moved to hard soap at home as using all of our supplies. My sister follows Joe and does alot of his workouts. I keep meaning to but I get distracted with wanting to do other ones.
