Ok, I think the time has come and I am gearing up to do a daily Pilates practice next month!

I fear that does mean I might skip my daily Yoga, coming back after that month hopefully stronger. I’ll be posting the YWA calendar post on the 1st, maybe do the one-off practice here and there (hopefully outside) but will rather move over to Pilates for that month.
So are there other S&Flexers who are up for a daily Pilates?
