I fear that does mean I might skip my daily Yoga, coming back after that month hopefully stronger. I’ll be posting the YWA calendar post on the 1st, maybe do the one-off practice here and there (hopefully outside) but will rather move over to Pilates for that month.
So are there other S&Flexers who are up for a daily Pilates?

Well just pop in when you want. I’ll be starting with this and posting a virtual workout room (just like the YWA ones) 1st of June! I’m getting actually quite excited about it!
Brill!! Just in case it’s of interest, in October some of us will be starting Breast Cancer UK’s free daily Pilates practice ( breastcanceruk.org.uk/get-i... ) so that might also be an option.
I still have to do a dedicated post about it, but have a look.
