I just can't believe how quickly this is going.I managed to catch up from my missed session at the end of last week by combining 2 of the 15 minutes classes yesterday. One of them was very like a normal yoga class and really relaxing
Well today's was anything but relaxing ending with forearm planks 💪🥵
I managed to catch the live Strengthen class today. I think she was about to get us doing planks again when my door bell rang... Phew literally saved by the bell 🤣
I am so impressed. I am way behind on day 14, as I have had and still have one of the heaviest working periods since a long time. But after this week, I can go back to my usual weekly and daily rhythms.
But so we’ll done ! You’re ahead any of us, I think! 👍🏽👏💪👏🙌
Thanks CBDB 😃I'm really enjoying the mix of exercises and feel that she does them in a very sensible way with proper warm up, stretches in between and a short cool down.
I was doing a twice weekly core (zoom) session done by my physio which sadly she had to stop due to increased work load. These sessions are really similar I can feel that they are doing me good 👍
I've even turned the box room that I've been decorating into my Yoga / Pilates space ☺️
I'm still at it , I keep missing the live sessions so have done them all on catch up. I'll be interested in any one else's thoughts on "climb a tree" 😰. Absolutely impossible for me 😂 I also can't do any of the ones where she rolls backwards "like a ball" my back does do that !😂😂
I do really like how she work arms as well in a lot of the her moves as I have a very dodgy left shoulder, which I'm sure appreciates the work.
Oh well done! I am halfway … 😱😱😱 I don’t know how that happened but last week through my routine completely and than I felt totally exhausted and headachy on Sat and Sun.
Managed to only get my up-and go back this morning and ran a Intervall session of 3k.
So will - starting tonight - do the Pilates sessions! I will I will I will!!! 💪💪

I thought I’d better start from the back/end because I was panicking of not finishing before they closed the access. And I need ‘closure’ 🤣🤣🤣 so doing these exercise sessions from the last day backwards works well!
Nice, loved the stretchy session with the rolled up blanket underneath the back on day 24. The rolling sideways on day 25 rolled me off the mat, though, so I didn’t fancy that as much as we have hardwood floors.
I just redid the day 24 session as I've been running this afternoon and wanted a nice relaxing stretch ... Lovely.I'm with you on the rolling sideway I've also got hard flooring...
