We jumped another 6%!
I am looking forward to getting stuck into a daily Pilates practice replacing my current daily Yoga. For a long time I couldn’t decide which one I should really invest my efforts into. So next month I will replace my daily yoga with a daily Pilates. After that! We’ll just have to see!

I’m pretty sure I didn’t put my figures in last week as I confused myself about where my week end was. But if I’m allowed to add gardening (of the digging and wheel barrowing variety) then I’ve done at least 480 minutes of that in the last fortnight.
Oops....I know I haven't given my times for a while . I've just signed up for course of zoom core workouts that my Physio does so far I've done two of them at 60 minutes each. Then there's my daily physio exercises that add up to 90 minutes for the week.We're getting there between us 😉
Only a few to log today…Starting Monday 24th may…up to and including Friday 28th.
Workout: 57 minutes
Yoga: 24 minutes
Total: 81 minutes
Had some late nights with no yoga. Knee been a bit tetchy…
…I’ll be sticking with the yoga though…

📮✔️ 🤔 hmmm watch that knee of yours. Mine are at the moment surprisingly fine, and will hopefully get even stronger when I do daily Pilates next month. (But will drop the Yoga Virtual June Room here as usual)
Really hard to get moving today. As soon as I woke my body was saying 'forget it, I'm not doing ANYTHING yet!' So bribed it with tea and an apple... of course I felt better after and did a great pull up on my doorway to celebrate 💪🏻
That's 143 days now of working out every day. I'm proud of my perseverance.
