We jumped another 6%!
I am looking forward to getting stuck into a daily Pilates practice replacing my current daily Yoga. For a long time I couldn’t decide which one I should really invest my efforts into. So next month I will replace my daily yoga with a daily Pilates. After that! We’ll just have to see!
