And today I joined back in to the daily YWA, coming right into a practice all about the core with day 13 of the July Calendar PROCESS Yoga for Abdominal Wall
This felt suddenly so easy and so refreshing! I loved it 🥰🥰🥰 and love coming back now to a bit of an easier daily Yoga practice! Not sure why it felt so much easier doing some of these moves, but you know what? My core must have improved during the Pilates Challenge!
But delighted to hear Adriene talking us through these 14 min, lovely to see Benji again. And this session felt so doable.
Obviously it was only 14 min, but a little often goes a long way!
Lovely, just stepped off the mat myself 😍 love the way Adriene always knows when and where you are clenching and talks you through the moves. Great to find what feels good.🙏P.s yesterday did Yoga Kiss ( now that is a good core workout!)😅
It was a good practice wasn’t it CBDB? It’s one I could have done a couple or even three times in a row like she suggested, but I didn’t have time this morning. Like you said, it was very doable (but still lit a 🔥) 😀
