I am here with grovelling apologies...realised that I had totally missed last week, so here’s my 2 weeks from Friday 9th!!!...Thank goodness for Fitbit! 😅
9th-15th totals:
Workouts: 97 minutes (1hr 37)
Yoga: 134 minutes (2hrs 14)
Week total: 231 minutes (3hrs 51)
16th-22nd totals:
Workouts: 114 minutes (1hr 54)
Yoga: 104 minutes (1hr 44)
Week total: 218 minutes (3hrs 38)
So quite pleased that I’ve managed a daily workout and yoga practice. I’m being more mindful with the yoga...I found last week very gentle on my knees, which as my priority for yoga was to help me in a bedtime routine...not so much for S&F...I’m not going to feel guilty about repeating this week whenever I feel a practice is too vigorous for me!

👏👏👏 Yes. I’m finding my knees are really improving, just because of Yoga (and some focussed knee strengthening workouts). But specifically the flexibility of bending my knees is really improving. So hope you are experiencing the same improvements! 👍🏽👏
I used to find cobblers pose a strain on the inner thighs...the supine version is used in my old bedtime favourite (now Renew #11!), I now find it really easy to relax into 👍🥰🧘🏻♀️

The maths *made* me want to do it. I honestly do like numbers.
Exercise bike: 174 minutes
Actual bike: 151 minutes
Strength: 140 minutes
I’ve only added tracked workouts, not physio, and not the minutes I spend on the exercise bike but don’t track - which added together probably average out at about half an hour every day.
I'm struggling at moment as suddenly having to do a number of full days care for a family member with Alzheimers... I work every day of week on farm anyway but used to weird hours spread out so can do early morning or evening exercise.....now seems to be a lot of other things to fit in too but hopefully we will get into a routine within the family a bit.
1 hour 57 minutes pilates and pre run yoga for me as at 24th. Hopefully heading out for a ride later today, so I should be able to add a good bit more to the pot this week too (it's in black and white now, so has to happen). Well done everyone!!!
