★★★ UPDATE: 17,583 minutes!! We are at 79% and finished week 11! ★★★

We jumped only 4% but it seems just three of us were holding the workout fort! So maybe a bit slower, but we are getting there! We got this!

★★★So our instructions in short:★★★

Oops I keep forgetting to submit my times !So for last week I can add 120 minutes of core workouts, 100 minutes of yoga , 70 minutes of my daily physio exercises and 15 minutes post run stretching.

I will try extra hard to add this week's this week 😋

…here’s my week…starting Saturday 5th, up to and including Friday 11th…

Workout: 88 minutes

Yoga: 98 minutes

Total: 186 minutes

Missed x1 workout on Monday, when we were out practically all day. Missed x1 yoga practice…after my night out 😬

So I think my last update was on 16/5.

As at 13/6, I have done the following:

2h42m pilates and 26 mins (plane) yoga.

I also did 4h34m on an e-bike (but not sure if you would count that)

It all counts, I’d think. (And we make the rules 😁). But my thinking was: as long as there is not a sister forum for that activity, it’ll count. 👍🏽👏💪

I like the logic! Once I'm out of isolation I can get back on my pedal bike. I honestly think it's easier and faster on my push bike than it was to get any speed up on the monstrous heavy e-bike on loose gravel!!!

Sorry not posted recently. Since my last post I have done:20 min stretching

19 min yoga

270 min pilates

So that's 309 min in total.

I'm going to make sure I add my times more often this week 👍

Please add 71 minutes for me from today - made up of MVMT 10 &11 and some gentle stretches for my dodgy ankle 😊

Nice! Hope you get your dodgy ankle sorted. I had one (stiff inflexible ankle) maybe 8 years ago after a healed injury, and the physio realigned the fibres with a high tech gadget and it’s not been a problem ever since.

Oh that's interesting about your ankle. I've been sort of hoping it will sort itself out... but I'm really missing running so if it's not better next week I'll book a physio appt. Can you add 62 minutes for me for today - made up of MVMT 12 & 13 and some stretches for the ankle 😀

Yay I just remembered to add this week's minutes this week 😂🤣😂So it's 90 minutes yoga, 120 physio's core strength class, 60 daily physio exercises and 15 minutes of post run stretching
