Oops I keep forgetting to submit my times !So for last week I can add 120 minutes of core workouts, 100 minutes of yoga , 70 minutes of my daily physio exercises and 15 minutes post run stretching.
I will try extra hard to add this week's this week 😋
Sorry, I have lost the plot on this one recently. I'm not sure I have much to offer, but I'll try to catch up my figures and add them now I'm back home

I like the logic! Once I'm out of isolation I can get back on my pedal bike. I honestly think it's easier and faster on my push bike than it was to get any speed up on the monstrous heavy e-bike on loose gravel!!!
Nice! Hope you get your dodgy ankle sorted. I had one (stiff inflexible ankle) maybe 8 years ago after a healed injury, and the physio realigned the fibres with a high tech gadget and it’s not been a problem ever since.
Oh that's interesting about your ankle. I've been sort of hoping it will sort itself out... but I'm really missing running so if it's not better next week I'll book a physio appt. Can you add 62 minutes for me for today - made up of MVMT 12 & 13 and some stretches for the ankle 😀
Yay I just remembered to add this week's minutes this week 😂🤣😂So it's 90 minutes yoga, 120 physio's core strength class, 60 daily physio exercises and 15 minutes of post run stretching
