★★★ UPDATE: 11,889 min so far! We are at 53%! and finished week 6! ★★★
We jumped by 8%! And we are at 23% of the time but have achieved already 53% of the minutes we are aiming for. So we are actually speeding up!
This week threw me off a bit, recovering from a dentist visit and a second jab. It meant I almost forgot to do my daily Yoga practice, ending up doing them as a pyjama practice in bed!
So what challenges your daily practice? Evening work? A partner hogging the workout corner? Adriene announcing a ‘whole body practice’? Tiredness or simply forgetfulness? Let us know.
