★★★ UPDATE: 19,919 minutes!! We are at 89% and finished week 12! ★★★

We jumped 10%, more than double amount than last week! We certainly got this!

Can we do it in one last push in the next week?!

Woohoo! Go us! 🙌🏼

…here’s my week…starting Saturday 12th, up to and including Friday 18th…

Workout: 104 minutes

Yoga: 60 minutes

Total: 164 minutes

Managed my little stretch/core workout every day ☺️…but really off the boil with the yoga ☹️

Had some shocking late nights…for no good reason 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️…and just didn’t do anything. I’ve gone totally off the calendar, which isn’t helping really, and trying to pick gentle stretchy ones to take pressure off my knees.

Since last post I've got 107 minutes of MVMT 14,15 & 17 and some stretches. Also does kayaking count? If so, then also 61 minutes kayaking

I live in Teignmouth, which is on the coast in South Devon. This weekend I went on the River Exe Canal but we also go on the sea. It's great because the kids love doing it with us too 😊
