CBDB Administrator Graduate Gold 3 years ago We have done it. We cycled, we lifted, we did yoga and Pilates, swam and paddle boated.
And in 13 weeks we collectively achieved what Tim Peak achieved in his 26 weeks on the Space Station, working out for 22,320 minutes!
Well done us! And we’ll done for everyone putting in the minutes to get stronger, flexier or simply have more fun working out.
I fear I’ll be closing this challenge next week but will probably drop a weekly chat here and there. It has simply been so much fun! Thank You!
