making conditioning fun

Hi all - I'm looking for advice. Can anyone recommend a conditioning programme without weights that is actually fun to do? I love running but really struggle to do circuits - I guess I'm easily bored! Looking for working on core and leg strength. Any recommendations - online courses, videos, books?

Many thanks in advance

Nick

Or try Yoga: a lot of free online classes on doyogawithme.com/

You can choose the focus of the class, how long and so on - (there is ample choice, including strength, Core strength, vigorous....)

Sounds good Pigivi - I'm not as bendy as I'd like to be these days, so I'll check that as well!
