Fun challenge for everyone

Seen this on a local boxing club Facebook. Thought it was good.

N-14th letter in the alphabet=14 press ups.

H-8th letter in the alphabet=8 star jumps.

S-19th letter in the alphabet=19 burpees.

The clock starts at the first pressup and stops after the final burpee.

Have a go and if you want record your times. I'll try mine tomorrow

That is a good workout for all of us to do, I don't think I could do 19 burpees

You could extra of the others to make it up. It's only for fun and a way of remembering the NHS. Have fun with it. I hate burpees

I will do that, I can do press ups, star jumps and planks although they are not on that list.

Yeah do that. It's only 1 persons thought of a challenge for the NHS. You do what you can
