The advice here is so useful. I ran down a very steep hill today and realised that without the exercises for feet ankles calves and knees that i read about here i would be hobbling, it goes on for over half a kilometre and is very steep. I know i would be hobbling as have run down it before about 20 years ago and it killed my knees and quads and calves etc lol
