Was given new leg day routine to try. Really good. Tried the prowler. Today I can just about sit without being sore. I got up to 160 kg pushing and pulling. Has anyone else tried it

I have seen this in the gym. I didn’t know what it was called, all I know is there are some strange faces pulled as people battle with it, Well done on your first time, sounds like a hard workout.
