Decided Wednesday was my leg day. Middle week and all that. Tried some new machines today and have to say generally I loved doing them. Done a 20min run after, part of it was a hill, 1st time doing that hill and nearly wiped me out.
Leg day was- (pic is my run after)
Squats bar 4 sets 10 reps (1x40KG 1x60KG 2x70KG)
Box step up 3 sets 10 reps (30inch side 10kg each hand)
Lying leg curl 3 sets 10 reps (32KG)
Thigh extensions 3 sets 10 reps (1x35KG 1x40KG 1x45KG)
Leg press 3 sets 10 reps (1x50KG 2x80KG)
