Think I might be sore tomorrow

Decided Wednesday was my leg day. Middle week and all that. Tried some new machines today and have to say generally I loved doing them. Done a 20min run after, part of it was a hill, 1st time doing that hill and nearly wiped me out.

Leg day was- (pic is my run after)

Squats bar 4 sets 10 reps (1x40KG 1x60KG 2x70KG)

Box step up 3 sets 10 reps (30inch side 10kg each hand)

Lying leg curl 3 sets 10 reps (32KG)

Thigh extensions 3 sets 10 reps (1x35KG 1x40KG 1x45KG)

Leg press 3 sets 10 reps (1x50KG 2x80KG)

That’s some leg day! Very well done mate. That hill will soon become easy for you.

That hill I do not want to see again lol. I have drove up it many times but never really thought about it.

An excellent workout report by you Johnny, perhaps if you had done the run before your workout you would not have been so wiped out, that hill, how about a cycle 🚴 ride up it, then freewheel back down. 😊

Was quite pleased I wasn't overly sore on Thursday. Friday was a different story. Think John Wayne would have moved better than me. Foam roller was my best friend
