That's another week completed. This week there was more cardio. Reason being that I had a few fwmily things on when I was meant to be at the gym. Thursday I think I may have over done it but I enjoyed every single bit of this week and that's what it's bout. (see below)

On another note now 12 days off chocolates

Tempo and endurence practice

2 4 6 8 10 8 6 4 2 x5

10 pouches slow 10 punches fast x20

Combination 5 different x10 4 sets

Run 3.5k 19.34secs pace 5.40/km

Thankyou. Yes I have surprised myself there. Chocolate is my demon lol. I'm trying to make 2020 more fun, I'm training what and the way I like and listening to the body more. Every mnth I plan to change somthing in my diet or try and do somthing in my fitness. Just to see. If anything it will be a bitta craic. 2019 was a massive learning curve for me in lot of ways
