Long over due, had to to change dates a few times but finally got. My 1st session with a pt out off the gym. This girl does iron man, got to Irish cycling top 6 cut point. She just comes across as if she knows what she's talking about. I was so surprised out of a few movements she could tell me exactly what I need to do to improve running and even core stuff. Yup I'm booked in again. Again I surprised myself on a few things I could do that I would never had tried

That sounds brilliant and just the sort of input that will be invaluable. It is amazing how just a few adjustments make the world of difference.
She sounds perfect... keep amazing yourself as she pushes you!
She was telling me about the training she had to do for the trials for the Irish team. My word the science that goes into things now. They were measured on how much power they can push out in 6 secs while measuring their alatic acid. Her training was brutal. 3 mins at 95% max times 10 rounds.
