I had another of those fancy in body weigh things at the gym this afternoon. Only improvement was increased muscle mass in my legs. The rest all went the wrong way.
Rather annoyed with myself. So time to cut 80% of the crappy food aka chocolate/biscuits out of my diet.
I know the reasons and I need to sort them. Basically if I'm not organised I make less good choices, my diet isn't horrendous, it just needs tweaking. Oh and actuallygoing to the gym should help π€ͺ
Ho hum I get another assessment in 3 weeks so aim for an improvement by then! Emoji for determined would go here but I don't know what that would look like π

Increased muscle mass in the legs is great... and your other improvements include sticking to it, and identifying nutrition issues to the point where youβre ready to change how you eat. My nutrition app (Lifesum) has some recipes that have sugar free chocolate in, so maybe itβs just a case of changing βbrandβ and making your own delicious nutritious versions of things you like and having them ready for busy days?
Youβll get the results youβre looking for with small tweaks and some good reasoning. Your assessment will also help as they will have seen similar results before no doubt.
