I did them yesterday 😀.

I managed to fit in going to the gym.

Now I know you can squat and plank at home it takes literally only a few minutes, BUT, the truth of the matter is I just don’t. I like to fit them in at the end of a weights workout in the gym just before I leave. I don’t know what it is about not doing them at home but I have accepted the fact and work with that information 😀.

So for this week.

Squats ✔️

Planks ✔️

Oldfloss I did it 😀.

I set up a mini gym at the end of last year for the winter and it was great, I have out grown my little weights now, I might invest in some for this winter. Last year I went flying flat on my backside trying to get to my gym when it was icy so I need to be prepared. Rfc x

I was looking at those dumbbells where you can dial up the weight... the one I was looking at would have only been £500 a pair 🤣

Don’t think there’s any chance I’d be buying them, I can get 4/5 pairs of shoes for the same money!

Pilates two weeks in a row for me...now Mr BBr is going out running with me, I have time to do strength training while he is at golf ( I used to run then) ....

I knew you would...I ran today..then did 6 loads of washing and pegging out on the lines..an hour weeding and an hour apple picking!!

My day sounded easier than your workout.. phe

I’m not sure about that I was getting tired just reading all you have done 😀, great going. I do feel better for it, over all the six months I have a lot less niggles and my hamstrings and ankles are so much stronger, I am beginning to feel a bit more power in my run now 😀. Rfc x

My physio progressed me on to standing on a step on tip toes going up and down on one leg really hard but they are working well. I was trying to find a video but I can’t see one, how you getting on with yours?

Making a real difference.. my ankles feel much stronger on the rough ground now.. I am trying to work on finding some more trail running routes... :)

I am impressed, well done 👍😀. Unfortunately I have failed to do any strength exercises since starting a new job at the beginning of September 😞. Although I have managed two runs a week and post run stretching 😊
