Back on track again this week. I crammed a weeks worth of running and gym into four days last week, the final gym session left me with a niggly knee so I just had my 2km walks for a few days this week to rest it up.
I went back to the gym yesterday and did my planks and squats.
End of season at the Bowls club means a busy busy time. Next week I have to be fit enough to be lugging 25kg bags of top soil into a hopper, every year I work to be better at this. After having two frozen shoulders my ability to lift weights above my shoulders went down quite a bit but I have been doing specific exercises for this for a whole year now, so it is going to be interesting to see how I manage after a whole year of training 😀.
