New stretches and No gym workouts from One You

The One you campaign seem to be getting onboard with extra exercises to keep us motivated on days off. I got this email through yesterday so I thought I would share the link on here. Lots of different ones, I really like the way they have added some in for the less mobile as well, stretching is good for everyone.

We are a small little forum on here but a few of us are doing the latest challenge on here. We help to motivate each other to keep going with our goals. Feel free to join. Pick the exercises you want to do and set up the amount of days you want to do then then post on the link here
