So here is a new workout to try at home, or in the garden..
Its a 4 minute workout comprising of:
1 minute high arm plank
30 seconds each side: high arm side- plank
30 seconds elbow plank with leg raises
30 seconds each side elbow arm side- plank with leg raises
30 seconds elbow plank
