Thanks for posting the new workout, juju! Looks daunting, but then everything does until you get stuck into it. Looking forward to trying it out, but not sure it's a good idea after having run 8k this morning. Is it better to do these on a non-running day, or do you think it's okay to do them some time after (or before) a run? I don't want to overdo things! Thanks!
Hello, my personal view is that it don’t make a difference as it’s only 4 minutes, and works the core more.... however if you do strength exercises on your non running days, you could add this on the end for the grand finale 😎✔️
Plank workouts are very different from a continuous plank so it’s much easier to go for longer as you are changing position .... and well done on your planking 😎
