Just joined I am normally very active but have had a recent run of injuries that have stopped me doing what I want. Hoping this forum will support me in getting back into shape. Suffering from back injury, tennis elbow and heel pain. Having physio but any advice and help really welcome. Looking forward to starting some strength and flex. Jenny

Hi there and welcome. I've been in the same boat a bit recently too. Please feel free to share how your getting on with your physio work. I go to a core class every Monday with my physio but try to do them another twice a week as well. How often do you have to do your stetches?
Also if your interested we have a walking for health forum which is a little more active than this one and great for helping getting back to fitness.
