Hi, I’m in the UK and my problem at first was oversleeping use to sleep up to 30+hrs(went to 36hrs once) but sleep clinic found it was my pain meds (opiates) and although I do stop breathing at night normally it caused too many and was deemed dangerous (came off meds) and now have 2-3 apneas but like you I now sleep 1.5-2hrs wake and do this all night. They have now diagnosed me with PLMD and very fragmented sleep, in testing they found my limb movements went from (1st test) 19 an hour to (2nd test) 90 an hour . I have been prescribed pregabalin working up to 300mg to curb the movements. I just feel drained night and day, I now find I have to live one day at a time. it’s like I have gone from one extreme to another. Hope you get some answers soon. Kevin
