Was doing “ok” with my treatment chemo! Then scan showed peritoneal metastatic tumor! WOW! 😱 I am now on Trodelvy to target the tumor. Side effect of fatigue 😴is unbelievable! No energy! No appetite! Bald 🧑🏼‍🦲 again lol! Then out of nowhere I get a lung blood 🩸 clot! WOW! So on blood thinners. Well, guess what, I am still here and still fighting 🥊 Thank God! Pray you all stay strong during this battle ! Be kind to yourselves. Xxxx

So sorry to hear all that! Is it lobular? They often tell me stable disease but that just means they can’t see it. I am feeling suddenly very uncomfortably full when eating and suspect that might mean it’s in the tummy. I was hoping to stay in doxil for a while so I could travel to back to NZ this winter but bracing for change. Good luck keep us all posted!

the ct scan caught the tumors. I have swollen abdomen and can only eat small meals . Bloating

glad they were caught! Did they switch chemo just like when they find a bone progression? Or just keep going? I have times when I suddenly take one more bite and hugely uncomfortable…

I have lobular and wonder if recent tummy issues are progression, but scans don't show anything and so far tumor markers remain low. Hope you make it to New Zealand!

My markers are pretty high but scans often don’t show a thing. Since my trip is only 4 months away… I think I can make it go Nz… I’m just going to lay low on waiheke island where all my friends are… I’m not going to race around the country any more.

Yikes! That is a shocker. (I am always waiting for the next shoe to drop, some scary new met, but somehow delude myself it won't happen.)

Hope the Trodelvy works and you can go back to less aggressive Rx.

I recently had to have a chest CT Angiogram because onc thought I had a blood clot. Apparently high rishk with cancer. (I didn't. I underclot, but it panicked them.) Good thing they caught yours!

Sometimes the treatment is very much worse than the disease! I don't know how old you are, but I hope you indeed are being kind to yourself!
