Vitamin B1

I have been recommended vitamin B1 by a friend as being helpful for RLS. I have always taken B12 and now am taking a multi B vitamin. Has anyone got experience with taking B1 and it’s usefulness?

I have recently started taking B1 but had eliminated my rls (by reducing inflammatory foods) before I started taking it B1 is a co factor in so many processes that I can't put it all down here so take a look at this video.youtu.be/rjVXFqiPDwE

B1 will help if deficient but probably won't help if you aren't. You could have a blood test to determine that. The same with B3, B6, B12, D3, K2, copper and potassium.

I read that if you have RLS you might be short of vitamin B1. Has anyone knowledge of this.
