Ok haven't slept last night at all. No restless legs but I thinks it's spread through my neck. I have some codeine here panadeine fort shall I take one.? Will this get a bit better during the day so i can nap.

If it's in your neck - that IS RLS. And yes take meds with codeine in them AND sleep whenever you can during withdrawal.

Will it back off during the day? When I spoke to the specialist the one Jules used he said maybe go back up where I was comfortable till our appointment

I can't answer that. As I mentioned before- everyone has a slightly different withdrawal experience.But hardly anyone escapes a hellish withdrawal with little to no sleep.

It's up to you to decide if you can keep reducing or not.

I just wanted to get off the poison- so kept going.

However- a specialist might prescribe opioids to help you get through withdrawal.

Yes that's what he said just go back up where I was ok until we have a plan in place. Oh I definitely want off joolsg. So even though I wasn't augumating before now thats a symptom of the withdrawal spreading to other parts.??

Yes in your case. It probably means you were very close to augmentation & withdrawal has just caused symptoms to break through in your neck.

I think I read in the withdrawal schedule that its all over restless legs. When I spoke to the specialist he said just add the quarter back in and I should go back how I was . He said we put a plan together. Will this back off a bit during the day? Thanks for your help

You'll only know tomorrow.If you add a ¼ back in, the suffering will probably reduce.

Ok thanks I keep you posted. He's a good specialist he does what Dr Berkowski does puts you on the drugs see how you respond then weins you off
