Tyramine triggers and vitamin B2
Having finally identified foods with high tyramine as a migraine trigger, I’ve started taking 400mg of Riboflavin (B2) to help reduce the effects. Has anyone else found this useful? Thanks.

Decrease in the bacterial genes responsible for the synthesizing of riboflavin (vitamin B2) and biotin (vitamin B7)
"A new study from Japan has revealed a link between gut microbiota and Parkinson's disease (PD). The researchers found a reduction in the gut bacteria of genes responsible for synthesizing the essential B vitamins B2 and B7. " Twitter thread by Vipin M. Vitamin B6 Toxicity: Available Testing of B6 Plasma Level Does NOT Tell You What You Need to Know
Vitamin
B2
, riboflavin, is non-toxic and there's no danger in supplementing plenty of it. Anyone suffering B6 toxicity should immediately commence B2 supplementation. In general this is a good idea for Parkinson's patients.

Constant visual disturbances for 9 weeks
Hi all, I've been having chronic migraines since catching COVID in 2022. I had a bad run of 7 migraines over a week, 9 and a half weeks ago. Which led to the room shaking constantly, whether my eyes are open or closed. The room shaking is one of my signs a migraine is coming on for me, and this time

An Enlightening Endocrine Adventure
After appeasing an endocrinologist worried about my suppressed TSH by a cunning lab trick -- withholding NDT for three days before going for the blood work -- I realized I needed to titrate up the dose. To those newly diagnosed! There is hope!
I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in Dec 2018. My form of Parkinson’s has a huge psychological element that many of you can relate to. It’s obvious because of how quickly I progressed while I was getting diagnosed . My Dad who was my best friend and business partner died unexpectedly in 2013, which destroyed

B vitamins sensitivity ( and B1 therapy?)
I have found that I am very sensitive to B vitamins and I am not able to tolerate taking long term of B - complex or some of its combinations as homocysteine formulas.. What makes me sick is Folic Acid, no matter if methylated or no, I have difficulty to breathe and weakness, heard arhytmias, which vanishes
