Rite quit kits !! you could try your local chemist, they might do a quit support, or your doctors and you can try this website - freshstart.nhs.uk

2. Help and advice are free
3. Stop smoking treatments are available on prescription
4. A Stop Smoking Advisor can answer all your questions, help you put together your own quit plan, choose the best treatment to help you to stop smoking and make sure you know how to use it correctly

Pharmacist : Drop in to your local pharmacy for expert advice. Many local pharmacies offer inhouse stop smoking support.

Hi Snackajacks, I've got one you can have. I agree with madi, total patronising junk. The kind of thing you'd put in a kids lucky bag, certainly not designed by someone who has ever smoked and certainly not by someone who has ever tried to stop.
