....it has been 10 days since my last blog. But I still haven't had a fag.

So this is day 23. Got a bit close to breaking yesterday and had some cravings at a time when I really wasn't expecting it. I wasn't stressed, or anxious, it just came up.

Glad to say I didn't break, though. Deep breathing was the way through.

I will try to post more regularly.

The more cravings that you overcome, then the stronger you will also become.

Firstly a massive well done to you for getting to day 23 of your quit

Secondly there is nothing to forgive you for you blog on this if and when you want to !! you dont have to, but its nice to know how you are getting on with your quit and you just may be able to help somebody else with their quit
