Hi everyone , I thought I would share this piccy with you. My lovely 10year old grandaughter gave me this present yesterday to borrow for next week. Her mum said she wasn`t prompted at all and did it all by herself.

The note says :-

This is my favourite teddy called patch. She is here to take care of you whilst your in hospital. Patch will share all her hugs and kisses with you. xx
