how you doing pal?? i hope that your keeping smoke free and fit !!!! and like Andi & Jillygirl has said good luck for the bike race where was it you are cycling too, was it Spain???? like i said before i would have loved to have ridden by your side, but just cant get my flippin bike to work!!

I expect your taking your stabilisers off your bike cus they might get in the way eh!! speak soon
