Hi Rolesforme and welcome to Quit Support 🙂. It's never easy to quit but it’s easier with a little support 😊

Well done for your 1st smoke free day. The evenings often seem harder because we've always enjoyed the relaxing puff at the end of the day. I found the best thing to do was to change my routine, I tried to find something to do that involved the use of both hands.

If you have a look at our pinned posts there are a lot of ideas for fighting cravings.

Here's one to get you started

Good luck, I'm sure that you'll soon be smoke free 😉 🚭

I have just had a cigar I feel such a failure

Don’t feel like a failure and instead have a look at what made you want to light up and then put a plan in place for what you can do differently next time you feel like this. Smoking doesn’t actually make us feel any better, we just think it does. Change your routine around as this can help. If you can fit in some exercise as well, it’s a real benefit. Put this little blip behind you and carry on, you can do it and we’re here to help🚭💪xx
