Just completed 10 days smokefree and then crashed and burned yesterday.
I am resetting my quit date today and will make it this time.

Morning Davidquit don’t worry about it 😊today is a new day 😊 you will get there 💪 start again be more determined change your routine so you arnt doing the same things you did when you smoked. If your really struggling you at times you can use NRT theres loads about gum lozenges sprays inhalators I gave up with a vape and gradually decreased the dose when I was ready ( I was a heavy smoker and would sleep with a smoke if I could 🤣😂 but I did it !) it depends on how you want to quit either way is great as long as your smoke free theres loads around take look at the pinned post to the right of the forum theres lots of tips and ideas on here 😊 am sure you will get there it isn’t easy but so worth it once you’ve done it You’ve got this 😊💪 good luck 🤞 xxxx
Good morning David and welcome to Quit Support🙋♀️
First of all well done for 10 days smoke free, it goes to show you that you can do it. So a little slip up but dust yourself off and start again. Lots of good advice already so I’ll just say, having the support here will make a big difference🚭💪
Stay close and together we can do it 🚭🚭👏xx
Welcome to Quit Support Davidquit 👋👋
Well done for deciding to quit smoking 🚭👍I, like many others have had a few blips on my quit journey, but you try and learn from them, ask yourself WHY did you light up ? what made you do it ? then try and think of a way around it for next time 🤔Maybe alter your routine a little, cos this messes about with the habit bit of smoking, like say - if you have a sit down at 11.00 am have a cuppa and a ciggie, then dont !! go out for a walk or something🚶♂️
Good luck and we are only a few clicks away if you need help 👍😀😸🚭
You can do this.
