49 days smoke free

Hello, today makes it 49 days smoke free. I am on the patch (step 2) and it’s hard the first few days after stepping down. I still get about 2 cravings a day, mostly during down time and just think to myself, one won’t hurt… I know it’s the nicotine monster talking and won’t give in.
