REASONS TO QUIT SMOKING.

The benefits of quitting tobacco are almost immediate. After just 20 minutes of quitting smoking, your heart rate drops. Within 12 hours, the carbon monoxide level in your blood drops to normal. Within 2–12 weeks, your circulation improves and lung function increases. Within 1–9 months, coughing and shortness of breath decrease. Within 5–15 years, your stroke risk is reduced to that of a non-smoker. Within 10 years, your lung cancer death rate is about half that of a smoker. Within 15 years, your risk of heart disease is that of a non-smoker. If that’s not enough here are a few more reasons!

1. Greater risk of getting Covid /flu

2. Smell of stale smoke on everything, clothes, skin, hair, decorations etc .

3. Causes heart problems, narrows arteries

4. Bad breath

5. Wrinkly skin

6. Accidental fires

7. Harm others and pets with second hand smoke

8. Likely to cause diabetes

9. Poor circulation

10. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary, Disorder

11. Infertility

12. Erectile dysfunction

13. Dental problems

14. Long a slow deaths

15. Financial , expensive habit

16. SMOKING KILLS 💀

Hi 76 Cat, Its never too late to quit no matter how many times you have relapsed. Your body will improve with circulation , less strain on your lungs and heart overall you are much better off. You may not be able to repair some of the damage but at least you wont be adding to the damage. Plus your finances will improve. You know you can do this. ☺️👍💐xx
