When you stop smoking, good things happen👌 We talked about the bad effects smoking has on our bodies last weekend. So I thought we could focus on the good things that happen when we quit.
How much brighter our eyes look 👀

In addition to all these benefits, quitting smoking leads to a huge sense of achievement, which in turn gives you more confidence to do other things. Your immune system will no longer be exposed to tar and nicotine which will make it stronger. Quitting makes for a healthier future for you and your family.
We still have enough time left this year to accomplish all of this. How brilliant would it be to say I quit smoking in 2024🚭💪🙌
