Yesterday we talked about getting readyand the start of Stoptober.
Yesterday you should have made your list of reasons to quit.
So today why not challenge yourself.
Just see how long you can go without a cigarette. You donโt have to think your quitting , just give yourself a challenge. Can you manage to go 15 minutes or may be 1 hour, without a smoke. If you manage to control your craving for a certain amount of time , work on how you could extend the time without smoking.
Think of jobs you can do to replace or at least make it awkward to smoke.
Example..
Wash your hair.
Brushing your teeth
Going to a non smoking place like a library.
If you manage to learn how to control your urge to smoke , you will find it easier to quit once you actually start your quit journey.
Let us know how you get on. xx

Good morning Cloe, Thanks for encouraging our members . We all need a little help now and again. I hope we get some new members who actually do feel good on Friday when you open the forum. I know I felt really proud of myself when I had managed nearly a week.
