since been diagnosed with emphysema. I’m 3 years free of not smoking it’s been very hard due to Been a heavy smoker for years an all my family smoked , just wanted to say if your trying to give up …. You can do this 💪. . . Thinking back I don’t no why I started . . . Idiot comes to mind 😂🤣 take care everyone 🥰xx

Have a great weekend too! I’ve put my Christmas 🎄 decorations up after both my daughters keep nagging me as they e done there’s . . .. My son who’s special needs helped I love it ,I’ve hardly had to tidy anything as he loves things been clean 😂😂 I wish my two daughters were like that when they were living at home 😂I hope everyone as a great weekend 💕xxx

My treat is to be with my family longer 🥰 than I would if I was smoking . . . I’ve got a disabled son who needs me and even though I found out I’ve got emphysema it gave me a right good kick up the bum that I needed to stop . . On the other hand I didn’t appreciate the weight gain that came with it😂🤣. . . I’m working on it 💪 I lost 2 stone I want to lose another one but this side of Christmas 🎄 it’s not going happen . . There’s to many nice treats available to snack on lol 😂 will be starting again new year 😊xxx
