I hope your week has been a good week for you and youβre all coping well with your quits. Some days are harder than others on our quit journey but as the saying goesβ¦β¦β¦.not every day is good but we can look for something good in every day. Some days we have to look a little harder but even the smallest thing can give us a lift. We just have to look for it π
Has anyone ever noticed that when one thing breaks down in the house, something else does as well. Thatβs been my week, first was the fridge and then it was the TVπ€¦ββοΈ Im so glad I donβt smoke anymore and could afford to replace them. Iβm also pretty sure I would have been puffing away while trying to sort it all out. The thing is smoking wouldnβt have helped in either of these situations but our mind set thinks it does. The important thing to do is change our mindset and realise smoking doesnβt help us in any way at all.
The biggest reminder is how important our health is and the steps we can take to improve how we feel. Smoking can harm almost every part of your body and increases your risk of many diseases. Smoking also affects how you look.
The power is in our hands to change all of this. Being smoke free is the way we can all do it. Itβs not easy but with the help and support of this great community, we CAN do itππͺ
