Why do I have mouth ulcers?

A chemical change in the makeup of the body tissues can take place when you stop smoking. When you do give up, your body’s chemistry returns to normal. Mouth ulcers are a result of this adjustment. Maybe gargle some salt water or try an antiseptic mouthwash. If mouth ulcers are troublesome, visit your community pharmacist who may be able to suggest an effective treatment.
