Please find below a list of products available and details of the recommended dosage;

If you have any questions regarding any of these products please ask

Oh okay, thanks. Appreciate. My quit date has only been since 01/11/2024 so it's been around a week or so. Still kinda feeling some withdrawal symptoms tbh but I'm taking it day by day.

I've also been using the mouth spray as well as the lozenges. Fingers crossed I hope the days add up and I become smoke free for a long time to come.

Thanks again. Take care

Yes, your doing the best thing, just take it day by day and when the going gets tough, use the mouth spray to help you through 👍

Try to keep yourself busy and maybe change your routine a little cos that helps quite a bit with the cravings👍😀
