Just to let you know its my birthday tomorrow .Going to my folks for tea. Ive persuaded my dad to cook me a spag bol -my favourite tea

One pressie I know Im getting is the continuation of my subscription to Horse an country website that mum set up last year so i can watch live stream shows

Thanks Jilly girl NormallyI would be going for a meal but as I have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease I can no longer eat out at all because I am classed as clinically vulnerable & vulnerable to catching covid although I have had my 2 jabs & booster & because there are no rules -there will be crowds no masks or social distancing & there maybe unvaccinated people in there so I cant afford to take any risks which is why I am doing it safely & going to mum & dads for tea

ta very much - My dad & mum do 1st class spag bols i was diagnosed last year a bit of a shock

Because of the shortness of breath it means I can no longer go to the gym or ride my bike or go on holiday -going over seas is too dangerous -because flying would kill me because of the lack of oxygen im living on limited oxygen on terra firma as it is

I cant go to the UK because walking too far knackers me -cant go to the local quiz anymore because of the risk of me getting covid due to no more rules & restrictions
