Day 1 for me again today! Patch is on but gosh my body aches! 😂 feeling optimistic though just so tired, the patch seems to make me feel like that though anyone else ? 🙂

Hi hun, yes starting your quit can make you tired. It can vary with every attempt. If you dont feel any better after the first week get checked out with you Doctor. It could be the quitters flu which will go fairly soon. Have a look at the pinned posts as there is lots of information on there. Stay positive you can do this. 😉👍✖✖✖
